Corporate Compliance
Corporate Compliance Program Overview
The Center for Discovery (TCFD) is committed to providing services of the highest quality and to being in full compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. As part of that commitment, TCFD has adopted a Corporate Compliance Plan and the Standards of Conduct as the basis of its efforts in fostering a TCFD culture that promotes responsible and honest conduct, transparency in all business transactions, and adherence to the laws and regulations of the government oversight agencies and funders. By upholding the highest standards of compliance, TCFD is ensuring a better quality of life for those we support.
TCFD is, and will remain, committed to our responsibility to conduct our business affairs with integrity, based on sound ethical and moral standards. We are dedicated to maintaining the effectiveness of our Corporate Compliance Program and Standards of Conduct through monitoring and auditing systems reasonably designed to detect noncompliance; the prevention of improper or illegal activities; and the provision of mechanisms to detect noncompliance, including but not limited to any violations of laws and regulations, healthcare program requirements, the Standards of Conduct, and TCFD’s policies and procedures. We are equally committed to the prompt investigation and resolution of reported or detected noncompliance, as well as the performance of regular, periodic compliance audits by internal and/or external auditors with expertise in federal and state healthcare statutes, regulations, and healthcare program requirements. By upholding the highest standards of compliance, TCFD ensures a better quality of life for those we support. We will hold all Affected Individuals to these same standards.
Detected noncompliance, discovered through any mechanism, will be responded to in an expedient manner. TCFD is dedicated to the resolution of such matters and will take all reasonable steps to prevent further similar violations, including any necessary modifications to the Corporate Compliance Plan and policies and procedures.
