The Center for Discovery is proud to share that President and CEO, Dr. Theresa Hamlin, has been named the recipient of the 2026 Walter A. Rhulen Award, presented by the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development.
The award recognizes individuals whose leadership, commitment to community, and service have made a lasting impact on Sullivan County. Dr. Hamlin will be honored at the Partnership’s Annual Meeting on October 8 at Resorts World Catskills.
