This year’s Evening of Discovery Gala will honor Brian Harper, a TCFD Board Member and parent, for his extraordinary leadership, generosity, and lifelong commitment to individuals with autism and their families.

Brian is the Founder and Managing Partner of 11North Partners, a real estate investment platform focused on investing in high quality, grocery anchored and open air retail assets in partnership with several leading global investors. With more than twenty five years of industry leadership, Brian previously served as CEO and President of RPT Realty, a NYSE traded REIT, where he successfully led a strategic transformation and ultimately sold the company. Over his career, he has led and overseen several billions of dollars of investment activity. His leadership has been recognized with honors including Chain Store Age’s 10 Under 40 in Real Estate and GlobeSt.’s Best Bosses.

Inspired by his son, Caleb, Brian is a passionate advocate for individuals on the autism spectrum. He serves on the boards of both The Center for Discovery and Autism Speaks, contributing his expertise to initiatives that expand access, strengthen services, and support long-term outcomes for individuals and families. He is also an active member of YPO.
