Health, Dental & Vision Plans
Medical
A comprehensive health package with Anthem BCBS. The Center contributes up to $28,000 annually on behalf of employees enrolled to keep health insurance premiums at a minimum. The EPO plan has a nationwide network of physicians.
Dental & Vision
A robust dental and vision program to ensure employees have the care they need. Both employer paid.
401K Plan
A 401k plan is designed to provide eligible employees a way to save for retirement.
- Discretionary Employer match is up to 10% of employee contribution, and
- Discretionary Employer contribution up to 1-2% of employee’s annual salary.
On Site Day Care
Our high-quality program is state licensed and serves children 8 weeks to 5 years of age. Swimming, music, farm visits, and cooking are just a few of the activities you can expect your child to participate in and enjoy.
Staff Gym
We provide our staff with free wellness opportunities at our Discovery Wellness Center, located on-site at our Harris campus. Here you will find a weight room, cardio room, 2- room yoga studio, fitness classes, and even personal training & fitness coaching.
CSA Farm Share
Our CSA runs for 23 weeks from June through November. Our members pick up approximately 10 pounds of farm-fresh organic vegetables each week, all of which are grown on our own Thanksgiving Farm®. Employees have the option to deduct the price of the share from their payroll throughout the duration of the season.
