Sharing Best Practices

The Center for Discovery® (TCFD) is committed to advancing best practices, training, and coaching to improve the education and care for individuals who have complex conditions, including autism. By working together and sharing information, we can enhance human services across New York State and lead the nation in complex care.

TCFD’s Resource Hub features expertly-designed virtual trainings, resources, and other materials to support school districts, families, caregivers, and other providers. The Center also provides in-person and customized trainings.
