The purpose of the public hearing is a presentation of The Center For Discovery’s® Children’s Specialty Hospital; School; Health Clinic; and Research Institute for Brain and Body Health, which is planned as an adaptive reuse of the 172,000 SF office building located at 195 Lake Louise Marie Road, Rock Hill, NY 12775, in the Town of Thompson, County of Sullivan, State of New York.
The Public Hearing is held in conjunction with the requirements of the U.S.D.A. Rural Development Community Facilities program.
Notice of this Public Hearing shall also be posted on The Center For Discovery’s website – www.centerfordiscovery.org; and sent to the Clerk, Town of Thompson, to be posted at the Thompson Town Hall; and sent to the Sullivan County Clerk, to be posted at the Sullivan County Government Center.
