Bakery
The organic artisan breads produced in the bakery’s Spanish-style wood-fired oven are enjoyed by many. Handcrafted, healthy and nutritious breads like Honey Whole Wheat and Multi Grain are used in our residential homes and are available for staff and families to purchase at our Co-op Store. All our breads are created from organic flours, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and Center for Discovery-grown herbs and baked in the traditional European-style.
